Entry qualification and duration
MPT: Musculoskeletal, Cardiopulmonary, Sports and Neurology (2 years) 55% marks in aggregate in BPT
BPT: (4 years + 6 months internship) 50% marks in aggregate (best 5 subjects) in 10+2 with pass in PCB and English
B.Sc: Nutrition and Dietetics, Hotel Management (3 years); 50% marks in aggregate (best 5 subjects) in 10+2 in any stream with pass in English
M.Sc: Nutrition and Dietetics (2 year, with exit option with PG Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics after one year); 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelor degree in Nutrition/Home Science/Nursing/Food Technology/Bio-Cemistry/Microbiology/Physiology/Zoology/Physiotherapy/Medicine/Dental Science/Sports Science
Mode of admission: MR-NAT-2011 (1st preference) and qualifying examination (2nd preference)
15% seats in all courses are reserved for NRIs/Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian origin
Doctoral programmes leading to Ph.D are also offered by all departments of the faculty
Application may be submitted online only at University website www.mriu.edu.in at the link admissions
Admission brochure along with a Scratch card giving a unique number is available @ Rs 1200/- from different branches of Axis bank, MRIU campus, administrative headquarters and city centers at Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ludhiana and Jammu
Alternatively online application can also be submitted by making payment through credit/debit card
