Masters Program (MPG-08) 2012-13

To address various national concerns in the political arena of our nation and fill in the acute gap between the demand and supply of the dynamic youth leaders who can guide the nation to prosperity, MAEER’s MIT School of Government (MIT-SOG), Pune is the first institute in whole of Asia to initiate a one year full time Master’s Program in Government (MPG), the first ever-professional program for developing and enhancing Leadership Skills for a career in politics and government

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate from any faculty is eligible to apply for the selection process of MPG-08

Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for the program provided they are able to present their final year mark sheet in original to the office on or before 01st November, 2012

Age: The upper age limit is 35 years

Fee: The course fee is Rs 1.5 lac payable in 3 installments

Admission Process: Admissions process begins from 01st March, 2012 for the academic session 2012-13

Selection Procedure: The selection process for MPG-08 comprises of a write up on a give topic by the applicant followed by a detailed personal interview by the selection panel

Admission Offer: The offer letter of the selected participant shall be couriered to the corresponding address mentioned in the admission application form and information will also be conveyed to the applicant within two days of the announcement of the result

Admission Confirmation: The selected applicants for MPG-08 need to pay the first installment of the course fee Rs 50000/- (50% non refundable in case of withdrawal of admission) within 7 days from the date of offer letter to confirm their seat for the academic year 2012-13

How to apply: Kindly fill in all the details in the attached admissions application form

Attach photocopy of mark sheets (10/12/Graduation or 2nd year if appearing for final year examinations), one residential proof, 2 passport size color photographs and admissions fee of Rs 1100/- via demand draft favouring MIT School of Government payable at Pune

Important Dates for Application

Issue of admission form begins: 01st March, 2012

1st installment of course fee Rs 50000/- at the time of admission (50% non-refundable in case of withdrawal of admission before 31st August, 2012)

MPG 08 classes begin: 05th September, 2012, Wednesday
