Admission program for degree engineering, degree/diploma Pharmacy for wards of Jammu and Kashmir Migrants (2010-11)

Applications are invited from the wards of J&K migrants as per the provisions of the govt of Gujarat, Education department notification no GH/SH/10/2010/PVS-102008-631-S dtd 20.04.2010 for admission to first year degree engineering, degree/diploma Pharmacy courses after 12th (HSC) Science stream in govt/grant-in-aid/self-financed institutes

Eligibility for admission for degree/diploma engineering, degree/diploma Pharmacy shall be as per above mentioned notifications

Students applying under this category for admissions to the first year degree engineering, degree/diploma Pharmacy are exempted from GUJCET-10

Eligible and interested candidates should apply in the prescribed application form available on the website along with relevant documents and demand draft for Rs 300/- for degree engineering, degree/diploma Pharmacy courses in favor of admission committee for professional courses payable at Ahmedabad so as to reach the committee on or before 28.07.2010 up to 5.30 p.m.

It is mandatory to produce the migration certificate issued from the competent authority along with application, which may be noted

Applications received after the time limit shall not be entertained

Merit list of all eligible candidates shall be placed on the website on 29.07.2010 at 3.30 p.m.

Counseling program will be held on 01.08.2010 from 11.00 a.m. at the office of the committee

No individual call letter will be issued

Candidates, whose names appeared in the merit list, shall remain present with all original documents and necessary part fees (Rs 1500/- for govt and grant-in-aid institutes and Rs 20,000/- for self-finance institutes) at their own cost

The candidate remained present without original documents shall not be allowed to take part in the counseling
