Applications are invited for the following one year diploma course at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla for the session 2010-11

Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech

Duration: 1 year

No of seats: 25

Mode of selection: merit

Minimum requirement: +2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths

Age limit: above 17 years

Stipend: Rs 250/- per month for 10 months

Subject to fulfillment of minimum educational qualification and age criteria first preference will be given to sponsored and in-service candidates from govt/non govt/voluntary agencies from Himachal Pradesh

However in case of non-availability of eligible in-service candidate and other sponsored candidates, the vacant seats shall be filled up from direct candidates

Applications are available at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, which is the study centre of AIISH, Mysore, Karnataka

Cost of application form and prospectus is Rs 200/- (Rs 125/- for SC/ST)
