M.Phil. Programmes

  Advanced Diploma in Russian Language & Literature, Diploma in Russian Language, Certificate of Proficiency in Russian.

  Important Instructions:

  The Application form and the Information Brochure may be obtained by hand from Allahabad Bank, Meerut University Branch, Ch. Charan Singh University Campus on cash payment of Rs. 200/- by Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates and Rs. 300/- by candidates belonging to remaining categories.

  The Application form and the information Brochure may also be obtained by post through a request to the dean Students’ Welfare, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut 250004 (U.P) along with a bank draft drawn in favour of the Finance Controller, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut for Rs. 300/- in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Candidates and Rs. 400/- in case of candidates belonging to all other categories.

  Note:A candidate seeking admission to more than one course shall have to submit a separate application form for each course.
