Admission Notice for MD/MS -2006

An entrance test on all India basis will be held on 12 February 2006 at VARANASI for admission to MD/MS courses in the subjects i.e., Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Community Medicine, Anesthesiology, Dermatology & VD, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, General Medicine and General Surgery. The subjects declared above are provisional and may vary without assigning any reasons.

Eligibility: MBBS pass (MCI recognized) with one year rotating internship completed by 30-4-2006 . Those who have passed MD/MS are not eligible.

Application form can be either downloaded from BHU website (www.bhu.ac.in or www.ernet.in/bhu/mdms2006.html) or can be obtained from the Office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U. Varanasi-221005 by sending a self addressed unstamped envelope (24 X 30 cm) and a DD of Rs 100.00 in favor of Director, IMS, BHU payable at Varanasi (by post till 31-12-2005 and in person till 7-1-2006). Envelope for the form-request should be marked as MD/MS FORM-REQUEST. Duly completed application form (all the four pages) including 3 photographs must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 7 January 2006 .
