VIT ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (VITEEE - 2006) - 16th April 2006 (Sunday).  Admissions to the following B.Tech. Courses, will be purely on the basis of Entrance Examination marks only.

Eligibility:

• A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 60% of marks, in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.

• Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) candidates are eligible for all the courses.

• Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB)
  candidates are eligible only for B.Tech. Bioinformatics & Biotechnology Courses.

• Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination in March 1 April 2006 are also eligible.

• The application form can also be obtained,
  

  From the Head Post Offices of the major cities all over India, on cash payment of Rs. 750/-

• By sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 750/- drawn in favour of 'Vellore Institute of Technology', payable at Vellore, to the Admissions Officer with full address of the applicant.
